Five Star Brothers provides painting, staining, and home-improvement services in New Jersey. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted after an on-site review or if the scope of work changes. An estimate is not a binding contract until agreed by both parties in writing.

When you contact us by phone or through our website and provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, including text messages about your estimate and project. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or calling (862) 354-4192. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled estimate and project times. Timing may change due to weather, prior jobs running long, or other factors outside our control; we will let you know as soon as possible if an appointment needs to move.

Payment terms for any project will be set out in the written agreement or invoice for that project.

Our website and communications are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Star Brothers is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or communications. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or obligation set out in a signed project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
